1)All guest's Id proof required at the time of check-in.
2)Every Tuesday there will be a power cut and Inverter will be last longer upto 3 Hours.
3)Only hindu guests are preferred by the host of the property.
4)Family can book this property. Single couple is not allowed.(Group of couples are welcome.)
5)₹4000 should be submitted online only as a security deposit at the time of check-in.
6)Males are allowed.(₹10,000 should be submitted online only as a security deposit at the time of check-in.)
7)Veg cooking is allowed.(Basic Vesseles will be provided-cleaning charge extra)
8)12 persons night stay facilities will be provided & extra mattress sets provision is available with doing extra payment near by farm.
9)Swimming pool can be used till before 2 hours of checkout.
10)To ensure pleasant stay caretaker shall clean the property before check-in & after check-out.(other cleanings chargeable)
11)Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check-out.
12)Last check-in time will be 11:00 PM.
13) Swimming pool costumes are compulsory to get inside the swimming pool for male and female guests. 
14) Any additional guest over and above the guests mentioned in booking details found at the time of check in or afterwards will be charged at Rs 700 per person per day.
