1)Families, married couples can book this property.
2)Only males are not allowed.
3)12 persons night stay facility will be provided (6 persons on 3 bed and + 6 extra beddings and 2 in Non AC driver/maid room.)
4) Property water tank facility is for 12 persons only.
5)Inverter will be last longer upto 3 Hours.
6)All guest Photo ID is required at the time of check-in
7)5000 security deposit should be submitted at the time of check-in which will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check out.
8)Veg & non -veg food allowed. In house cook will prepare only veg food. Non-veg can be ordered from outside
9)Self -cooking is allowed.
10)Chief availibility will be from morning 8 am to evening 7 pm only.
11)Alcohol, smoking, chewing tobacco and littering is strictly not allowed in the property.
12)Swimming pool can be used with swimming costume only and till before 2 hours of checkout.
13)To ensure pleasant stay, caretaker will clean the room before check-in and after check-out.
14)Out-side caterers and decorators allowed in the garden area only.
15)Wall sticking not-allowed for decoration.
16)Pets are not allowed.
