Essential Information & Safety Rules for Your Stay at Roman Artistic Villa
* It is mandatory to submit a valid photo ID (both sides) at the time of booking, and all guests must present their original ID proofs upon check-in.
* Refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in returned after check-out once thorough inspection is done and any damages to the property will be deducted.
* No decorations are permitted inside or outside the villa without prior written permission from the owner.
* Hiring party assume full responsibility for the safety of all guests, including the supervision of children in the swimming pool area to prevent accidents.
* Electricity supply is beyond our control; we are not responsible for any issues arising from power cuts or grid fluctuations.
* In accordance with Gujarat Government rules, no illegal, prohibited, or unlawful activities are allowed.
* Pool fresh water will be filled once in 24 h (chargeable at 400₹ if need to fill again)
