Security deposit and cleaning charges will accepted via UPI only online in Advance before Check-In. No cash allowed in deposit or cleaning.
2. Liquor is strictly prohibited.

4. Cleaning Charges 500/- is extra and will be deducted from security deposit.
5. Damages or theft things will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Maintain silence and don’t disturb neighbors.
7. This farm house is surrounded by farms—carry mosquito repellent.
8. Keep the property clean at all times. Clean utensils if you cook or bring outside food.
Utensils Cleaning Charges will be extra 200/- Rs.
9. Switch off electricity and empty the fridge at checkout. Mandatory check-in/check-out via FarmhouseHub app or website.
10. Food is not allowed in the swimming pool.
11. Powercut due to GEB or Strom or Raining, We are not responsible for refund it cancellation of Booking.
12.Without Deposit and cleaning amount, farm house entry is prohibited.
