1. All guest's Id proof required at the time of check-in.
2. Family/couples can book this property.
3. Only boys not allowed.
4. Only Hindu guestes are preferable.
5. Veg. & Non veg both are allow.
6. 3000 should be submitted as a security deposit at the time of check-in.
7. Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check-out.
8. 19 Adults night stay facilities will be provided. ( 4 perosns in 2 bedrooms + 13 extra single mattresses +2 persons on khatiya)
9. To ensure pleasant stay caretaker shall clean the property before check-in & after check-out.
10. Decortion is allow on only floor and garden area.(500 Rs. charge for decoration cleaning).
11.Farm is Pet-friendly.
