3)Family, bachelor -any one can book this property.
4)Couples are welcome.(18+ Only)
5)Veg & non veg both are allowed.
6)10 persons night stay facilities will be provided & extra mattress sets provision is available with doing extra payment near by farm.
7)To ensure pleasant stay caretaker shall clean the property before check-in & after check-out.(other cleanings chargeable)
8)₹3000 should be submitted online only as a security deposit at the time of check-in.
9)Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check-out.
10)Guest shall not engage in any illegal activities. Guest will be solely responsible for any such illegal activities.
11)Last check in time will be 11:00 PM
12)Decoration is allowed.(500 Rs will be extra cleaning charge.)
