1)All guest's Id proof required at the time of check-in.
2)Generator will be last longer upto 2 Hours.
3)Only married couples are allowed.
4)₹4000 should be submitted as a security deposit at the time of check-in.
5)Non-veg cooking is not allow. Only Veg cooking is allowed.(Basic Vesseles will be provided-cleaning charge extra) 
6)Non-veg eating is allowed.
7)20 persons night stay facility will be provided & extra mattress sets provision is available by extra paying.
8)Swimming pool can be used till before 2 hours of checkout.
9)To ensure pleasant stay caretaker shall clean the property before check-in & after check-out.(other cleanings chargeable)
10)Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check-out.
11)Last check-in time will be 11:00 PM.
