1. All guest's Id proof required at the time of check-in.
2. Farmhouse can be booked at anytime.(Swimming pool takes 3 hours to  fill up.)
3. Family/couples can book this property.[Bachelor(Hindu) can book this property.]
4. Any religion can book this property.
5. Veg. & non veg - both food are allow.
6. In case of power cut, Generator will work for 6 hrs.
6. 3000 should be submitted as a security deposit at the time of check-in.
7. Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of check-out.
8. 5 Adults night stay facilities will be provided.(2 persons on bed+3 khatiya) & extra mattress sets provision is not available by doing extra payent near by farm.
9. To ensure pleasant stay caretaker shall clean the property before check-in & after check-out.
10. Decortion is allow.(Sticking is not allow.)(500 Rs. charge for decoration cleaning).
11. Last check-in time will be 11:00 PM.
